I become frightened whenever I realize how Seoul, the capital of South Korea, has been developed based on the blood and tear of common people. Today, one of their agonies is the reconstruction project of government. It encourages construction companys to build a skyscraper apartment more and more for an economic boom. This policy makes the price of land or apartment skyrocket, which leads to drive the native people out from their habitat. They cannot afford to buy a reconstructed luxury apartment by their compensation money for an expropriation. The present government is more aggressive toward an urban redevelopment project than any other past one. People three times as much as this year is supposed to be expelled next year. If there’s no change, there’ll be a bloody collision again.

People are laid off thrice as much as this year. If there are no changes, there will be a bloody collision again.
